A teamwork-oriented management style has been adopted for erdemli.

The General Manager and Managing Partner assure provision for the implementation of quality targets and policies, together with the pertinent responsible in charge.

The General Manager and Managing Partner request, follow up and audit all employees to conduct and represent by personal behavior, the “Human First” principle in management and at all levels.

Department Leaders are responsible for setting, implementing and evaluating process’ targets, in line with the management philosophy.

The responsibility covers planning and coordinated implementation of all actions in line with the basic principles of erdemli code of conduct, to provide an effective management system, to encourage individual participation and provision of a wide spread implementation of requirements of the quality assurance system

Training is one of the most important topics that we pay special attention to. Therefore, we target to arrange training programs and seminars in cooperation with universities and other educational institutions and provide participation of all our employees.

While targeting to become the leader in its sector, erdemli has also a mission in providing a good working environment and high standards of living for all of its employees.
